Ergonomics Training

Ergonomics aims to adapt the work performed, the equipment used, and the work environment to suit the worker’s physical structure and limits. Poor working postures, repetitive movements, heavy lifting, or prolonged static positions can lead to musculoskeletal disorders, fatigue, and loss of productivity.

This training, delivered by TOYKAM, is designed to increase employees’ ergonomic awareness, instill proper posture and movement habits, and minimize work-related musculoskeletal issues. Ergonomics training is intended not only for office employees but also for those working in physically demanding jobs such as manufacturing, warehousing, and construction.
